Delivery Policy

A $7.99 delivery charge will be added to any Haddon Heights packages. The fee for our other local towns usually range from $9.99-$14.99. Any orders which have to be wired out to another shop for delivery will include a $12.99 Transfer & Service Fee and a $12.99 delivery charge  required by the other florist which gets added to your items ordered. (very rural may be higher)  Requests for very early or very late delivery times may incur an additional delivery fee depending on the circumstances.

Orders received by 12:00 pm are generally available for same day delivery. Orders received later may be sent the next day, depending on the town. We do our very best to accommodate specific time needs, however we cannot always guarantee, especially on flower holidays. Very early or very late delivery times may generate an additional fee. Sunday deliveries are not normally available except for days prior to certain holidays and Event or Funeral Deliveries.

For your local tri-county orders, we can help you with your floral and gift giving needs for all occasions. We are one of the Largest Floral & Gift shops in the South Jersey area and the second oldest continuously run retail business in Haddon Heights, serving the area for over 39 years.Through our wire service, we can get something to most anywhere in the country or around the world. International deliveries are not available for same day and require an additional relay charge.

Since Covid 19, it is advisable to place your order with us as early as possible due to limited availability of flowers. That will give you the best outcome. We appreciate your cooperation during this time. Thanks!

Also, be sure to contact us as soon as you have a date booked for major events, (weddings, parties, funerals) so that we can meet with you at the appropriate time and reserve dates for you and obtain whatever flowers needed.

Our shop will always be closed on: Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Independence Day, Memorial Day and Labor Day. We are normally closed for vacation the week prior to Labor Day or Last Week of August. Call for specifics. Thank You.

Substitution Policy

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your floral arrangement due to the unavailability of certain flowers from various states & countries either due to seasonal demand,weather related issues, or Covid problems,we will choose something as similar as possible to the color and design style chosen & use flowers to equal the same value. However, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. Also, you may see price increases around the major flower holidays which do revert back after such times. They generally go into effect when a holiday catagory is activated and could replace everday prices on an order depending on the delivery date and product chosen.
